Humanistic
You are the expert on your own experience. My role isn't to fix or diagnose, but to walk alongside you with presence and care.
Existential
We make space for the deeper questions: meaning, freedom, mortality, belonging — the ones daily life rarely lets us sit with.
Attachment-aware
How we were loved, held, or left shapes how we connect today. We pay gentle attention to the patterns that protect and the ones that limit us.
Relational
What unfolds between us in the room is part of the work. Our relationship itself becomes a place where change becomes possible.

There's no script. We meet weekly for 50 minutes, and over time we build a rhythm of honest conversation. You bring whatever's present — and we follow it together, with curiosity rather than judgement.
